My story appeared on page 7 of the N.Y. Post, and then we were interviewed at work by Megan Alexander of Inside Edition and Ellyn Marks of WPIX Channel 11 News.

The story hit the front page of Yahoo.com - and was instantly global.

Dear Joshua, 
I was just reading about your story in Yahoo. Let me congratulate you. I am a 42 year old translator who was laid off 4 months ago. As you probably know, when American economy goes down, so do the rest of the economies around the world. I live in Mexico and it has been really hard to survive this past four months. I have 3 children and my wife and I have been trying to keep them afloat. But your story is giving me hope even though here in Mexico it is more difficult to get a job once you are over 40 years of age. I really hope you can get reunited with your loved ones soon. You are an example to all of us jobless people in the world.
Congratulations again and if you believe in god, please say a prayer for my family and I.

Congratulations a 1000 times!!! You are clearly a testiment to fortitude and commitment. You are also obviously an inspiration to millions especially during these very challenging times.
